The Goal: Update an unfinished website and give the client more control.

The project began as a simple update to an existing site, but during discovery it became clear that more foundational work was needed. The first step was addressing hosting issues: the site was migrated to a new hosting provider, DNS records were updated, SSL was configured, professional business emails were set up, and a fresh WordPress build was installed to provide a clean foundation.

With the technical base secured, a new site was designed from scratch to align with the client’s industry and vision. Usability was a top priority, as the previous site was too confusing to update. The new structure made content management straightforward, allowing the client to handle their own updates with ease. A walk-through session was also provided to demonstrate how to add and update text, images, and graphics, ensuring the client regained full control of their online presence.

The result is a streamlined site that the client now manages confidently and independently.
